CAUTION when ordering as may be severely delayed or never arrive
Didn't receive trees and bushes ordered in September, despite having spoken to CS before ordering to check what was in suitable and in stock. Eventually had to issue notice before action in Feb 21 as delivery deadlines repeatedly missed and communication very limited. Refund issued after notice.
The business has cited everything under the sun as a reason for poor service, but it seems that it was intermittent before COVID anyway. The rest of the world has adapted to home working, social distancing, temporary closures or risk commercial failure, so they hardly seem valid arguments and make the claim of a shortened dormant season just seem like another attempt to come up with something credible.
It simple: if you can't supply or manage existing orders, don't continue to trade.
