Ordered a variety of bare root Soft Fruit plants in September 2020 - these were promised before Xmas - I chased when they didn't arrive and received a reply saying there were delays in despatch, a month later I chased again and was they would be despatched soon and 3 weeks later that the plants they had were poor quality, but better ones would be available soon.
At this point it was March and bare root plants were coming out of dormancy so I asked for the order to be cancelled and to be refunded - no answer. I sent two further emails again requesting a refund without getting a reply and it was only when I then raised the matter with my credit card company that I found out they had refunded me a couple of days earlier without telling me.
Very poor customer service especially considering the great service and plants I received from their competitors over the same time period.
