the rudest customer service i have ever encountered . reported a broken branch on a 2 branch stepover with a photo to show that it was not a new break. heard nothing so emailed to say i was disspointed not to have heard anything. got an email back " Please see our t&c's re: returns. Best Regards Shaunna." so checked their Ts and Cs and copied an pasted back what it said "f goods prove to be faulty or do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we will offer a suitable remedy. Thereafter we guarantee all stock as true to name."" i was not contacted to ask which i would prefer instead got this unbelievable email "You don't need to quote distance selling regulations to me, I know them far better than you, it's my job. You obviously haven't even read our terms and conditions which states basically any goods , can be returned for a refund plus cost of return where appropriate. Shaunna." have shown to our horticulturist whos jaw dropped in disbeleif neither he nor i will ver buy from them again. sad as this was the first of what was to be several orders
