Worst company I have dealt with online.
I ordered a towel rail 3 weeks ago. I chased it up twice and on the second call to them I was told a letter had been sent to me the day prior to say it was out of stock.
My question here is they had my email address to send this to but decided to post it to me, why????
They have inundated me with sales emails daily but have to post a letter to me to say out of stock??
Now, 3 weeks on I have asked for refund and will never deal with them again
