Bathmat that I ordered was out of stock and was offered a refund or future credit unfortunately I opted for a future credit. I have sent numerous emails to customer services with the hope of receiving the credit against another order. Sadly that failed, a letter to Paul Gray was never answered nor a follow up email. I refuse to phone at 13p a minute so have given up on hoping for my £12 credit - obviously Chums need it more than me. I am sure they will keep sending the brochures but we do have a good recycling system for waste paper.
