Order no. 045600. This was allegedly out for delivery on 5/12/22 but never appeared. It now seems to be stuck in the mad world that is Evri with no up to date tracking available. I have sent two emails to Chums customer services but no response. I dont think they have even been read as I ticked send receipt when read, but nothing. Please Chums - respond to your customers instead of ignoring them. It really is not good enough.
