I have ordered recently 2 dresses from Coast. They sent me a wrong item for the dress with a high price. I have emailed them right away, and they advised that once I will return the wrong item back, they will post the correct one.I have returned the item with a note inside, sent them 7 emails till now mentioning that I want the ordered item to be delivered to me, not refund, as i have a big eventto attend. Yesterday someone confirmed that they have received the wrong item back and they will process a refund. I have emailed back to let them know that the initial agreement was for them to post to correct item, and I never wanted the refund. Another person replied to me today that they haven't received any parcel with the wrong item from me, but still went ahead and refund the amount. How do you know to refund someone back without having your product back. The worst experience ever, very misleading and poor costumer service. You put item on sales just for messing with people. We purchase the items, you send wrong one to people and play the victim. I have 7 emails all with wrong communication, you never bother to read the previous email. I used your return label from Royal Mail and they told me that the item is lost. I use daily Royal mail and they are very good. You put the blame on other company for your bad organisation and management. Extremely unhappy.
