I bought a dress from coast which was for my engagement party, the dress was stunning however it was too big so I returned it promptly. However I haven’t heard back about my return despite reaching out to customer care, and it’s been almost a month now since I returned my parcel and I still haven’t received my refund. This is quite poor, and I would expect better care response and quicker refunding than this from any website. Especially considering I’m in Ireland and I ordered from UK which I do a lot of the time.
