I will never buy from this company again. I bought three bridesmaid dresses and loved them, but needed to buy one more for size/fit. It was not in stock for well over 30 days. When a new one was ordered, it was a completely different colour/shade. Tried again, but still the wrong colour. Tried on several occasions to resolve the matter with Coast. They ignored the problem/did not attempt to help . There response is that a refund is not possible, as 'outside the time frame.' How could I have forseen that Coast would significantty change the colour of the dresses? They are now unfit for purpose and completely useless. Coast still sell the same dresses online. For such a large company, it is disgraceful. There's nobody you are able to speak with. Customer services stick to 'their script' like robots. There is no common sense or personal customer service. This was a unique problem, as Coast completely changed the colour! Avoid this company! Coast customer services, I don't want to hear the same robotic response. You are a large 'reputable' company, You should've tried to resolve the unique situation. When you knew that you would not be able to supply another dress in the same colour as the original order, you should've offered a full refund of the original dresses that you could not match. Sadly your once good reputation has completely gone.
