Great product but the worst customer service & problem resolution I have ever encountered with a company. Placed an order for $30,000 since they wouldn't open a wholesale account for me even though we are a legitimate bricks & mortar retailer. I had to follow up with them for 2 weeks after to get any ship dates or tracking info, 57 items were short shipped, after Coolibar blamed their fulfillment company staff, then UPS (they never took ownership of the short shipment) I argued to have this issue escalated to their CFO & 7 weeks later (after countless phone calls, emails & wasting the customers time) they finally credited back the missing units. My advice, order from Amazon, at least you'll have the piece of mind, customer service & faster shipping.
