Why the longwinded message from the CEO when making a telephone order?
I have ordered several items from CT over the previous few years and have been pleased with every purchase. I do however find it nauseating to have to listen to an elongated recorded telephone message on every occasion you make a telephone enquiry or an order. The annoyance being is that it is ‘us’ the recipients which are paying for a premium rated telephone call to listen to this superfluous message.
I have recently been charged over £30 on my monthly telephone account for making three calls after placing my original order. Totally unreasonable and exploitative. Please make it clear to your loyal customers that they are subjected to this exploitative practice.
It’s doubtful I will continue to trade with this company again after my recent experience as I don’t like dealing through your website.
