I ordered some trousers to wear to a family event and selected 2 day express delivery. The trousers were dispatched the same day but never arrived. I contacted customer services who told me it was my fault as i should have ordered earlier. Even now 5 days after I ordered, the courier Evri has not received the trousers - according to them. To cap things, i tried to contact Cotton Traders via their website. After filling in their form for 15 minutes with all the details, the site crashed. Not impressed.
