I ordered a pair of Joules wellies and a wool scarf from Country Attire that were stuck in customs in Memphis, for 9 days with
FedEx. I emailed the company and was told I should wait longer.
So, I called FedEx myself and spoke with a very nice man, who
asked for a description of my items and called me back the same
day. The package arrived open and empty, nevertheless, the wellies were found and sent to me. No sign of the scarf. I emailed
Country Attire for a replacement scarf, sending photos of the scarf I had ordered. I received a totally different scarf and have emailed them 3 times, along with photos, with no response. Perhaps I should consider myself lucky, I did receive the wellies. I will stay clear of this company in the future.
