I paid on line in full £124 for expensive pair of Dr Marten boots for work. Messed me about with the transaction saying further checks required and that I have to go to my Bank to verify payment details. They also wanted screenshots of the payment which is not allowed under data protection laws. This caused me to cancel the payment for a full refund due to such a ridiculous request. How was I expected to go to a Bank under strict covid rules and the Credit Card I used does not have a high street Bank facility. Never heard of this before, but just wanted to warn other potential customers to be aware at the methods countryattire are using which caused me unnecessary stress. Not professional doing business like this in my opinion and they lost my business aswell. To be fair they did refund my money straight away when I recently checked my credit card transactions, but the whole process was a waste of time
