Firstly, their customer service is not that bad but the reply is too slow, normally it needs to wait for their reply for 2 days, however, most of the time, we, as customers especially I'm from elsewhere not in UK, would like to have an immediate reply on the matters, such as to cancel the order or amend the order . My experience was that I wanna cancel the order due to mistakenly clicked the wrong size of the rainboots and I sent email to them within 15 mins after placing order, but they sent out the order without replying me any message.
Secondly, I can't find the tracking information even I login to my account to see the order history. I hope that they can send the shipping confirmation email with the tracking information with link to access in future.
Thirdly, I have placed order in early September and the estimated delivery date should be on Sep 12, but now I don't know where is my parcel now and keep waiting for their reply.
I hope they can improve the CS and set a live chat system, all customers can have an immediate reply on those urgent matters.
