Bought a lovely pair of wellies from Country Attire but after a year they developed a hole. I'd paid £120 for wellies described as durable so I asked for a replacement. I was told by Country Attire that they were out of their 1 year warranty and there was nothing they could do. I said I wasn't happy said that under the consumer rights act the wellies were not; of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. They ignored me, so I approached the manufacturer directly, who replaced them under warranty straight away. If you want wellies replaced if they are faulty, don't buy from this lot! CS is terrible.
