I must say the reviews here really caused me huge anxiety. But it turned out to be a quite pleasant experience. I bought a jacket from them and it arrived in about 10 business days. They use landmark for shipping to the US and once my package arrived from abroad, it was handled to USPS for domestic shipping. The jacket is fine but the box arrived damaged, but considering it’s landmark so no surprise there.
