OMG what an amazing customer experience I just received from Sehaer.
Ordered online tried on, too big, called in the hope I can still get my shirts for a family wedding, nothing was too much trouble, offered a variety of options, did all this whilst we was laughing over my predicament.
Really made a bad situation absolutely wonderful.
Training department @charlestyrwhitt should listen to the call, that's what exceptional customer service looks and sounds like.
