I received the most incoherent and painful-to-read piece of writing on my last order. I had to make comments about various issues with the writing each time, and the writer either ignored my comments or made rushed changes that did not improve the quality. They would always claim that each submission had passed quality checks. When I got fed up and demanded a refund, I was told the work had been sent to quality assurance and indeed found to be sub-par. That proves there was never a quality check. They are offering a fifth of my payment even though I have to do the work myself.
