I visited your Birkenhead store on Thursday 21 November looking for navy blue suede block heeled shoes. I found two different pairs but the pair I liked best you didn't have in my size. John the Manager was very helpful I told him that I needed them for Sunday 24 November for a wedding. He checked at other shops and found that your Wrexham store had one pair. He said that he was managing the Wrexham store the next day and he would bring them back for me to collect on the Saturday, which I did.
