When ordering on dick smith website, my order was due to arrive in 4 to 5 days
It's been a month! After sending emails to dick smith, the replies (automated response) were from KOGAN !!
No help in finding my parcel, rang the dick smith phone number, only gives you the option to send online enquiry!
Dick smith Australia??? DONT BE FOOLED!! It's KOGAN !
still not resolved or refund etc
