NEVER BUY FROM DICK SMITH NZ!!!!! Online only, no phone or address.(which means their google reviews on website are a lie because you need a physical address for that). Not even in NZ!!! Have third party sellers on their website. Bought phone for several hundred$s, tracking said delivered, it was not. When queried they said wrong tracking number and gave me another, which didn't work at all. Then said shipping would start in 2 days and tracking number would be uploaded asap......nope!!! Escalated complaint via paypal and after several emails back and forth I got my money back after 3 weeks of wasted time. Communication from third party seller was terrible. VERY DODGY. They should not be allowed to trade, will be highlighting experience to aussie consumer commission, everyone should do the same as so many people have similar experience going by these reviews
