Dick Smith are taking advantage of people. My daughter was scammed into signing up to the FIRST service 12 months ago. It cost her $99. She has no income. She contacted Dick Smith last year. Not only did they NOT cancel her membership but they charged her another $99 this year. We are incredibly distressed by this. There’s no way to get in touch with a person there and they have not responded to our emails and web form enquires.
