Dick Smith should be ashamed of himself selling his name to a company that is stealing from customers. I bought a bed and mattress on the Dick Smith website expecting the same standard of service his name is reputed to provide however the bed base came without the mattress. I have tried to follow it up with no response or follow up and no one to speak on the phone about this issue. Furthermore to find out that I have been signed to a $99 membership without my consent. I will be complaining to consumer affairs. I will telling everyone to stay away from this company.
