I would give no star at all if I could. These people are criminals and should be seriously investigated. I bought a TV during the Black Friday Sale. I never received it. I have sent many many emails to them, because you can't call them They have not responded to any of my emails except with an automated message. I cannot get any help. I am sure they sent it to an old address but I informed them of my new address. I also changed it in my account. Nobody probably read this. I am so angry and upset. WARNING - never buy from DICK SMITH!!!! They are evil and untrustworthy. Australia Post could not offer any help either. I have painful osteoarthritis and do not drive. It is hard for me to get around. I cannot get around to look for it. I also cannot afford to lose this money I spent. I hate Dick Smith with a passion.
