I would give a minus rather than a one star. I bought a cushion cover, which took over two weeks to get. The product is fine, but then, low and behold, they took $129 for some membership that I never signed up for. I still have no clue as to what it's about. Seeing all the one-star reviews says they need to be prosecuted for fraud.
