Customer service is non-existent with Discogs. It uses AI/Chatbot and doesn't resolve issues with sellers. I disagree with some reviews that suggest it is difficult to find bargains but there are no bargains when a seller doesn't follow DIscog guideline to send purchases within 4 days after verified payment.
I've been dealing with a seller for three weeks, made two inquiries thru the AI/Chatbot requesting the order be cancelled and a refund issued. I'm having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. And delete my DIscog account.
You are better off sticking with Amazon for music/disc purchases whose customer service has proven to be very responsive with the few instances of necessity.
