I ordered 24 bottles of champagne for a family celebration. I paid in full for the them at the time or ordering and received a confirmation of the order. The price was very competitive but slightly more than I had paid at Xmas. They subsequently called me to say they were not going to fulfill my order as it was a price error due to some-one in the IT team altering the price ????? Really??? The lady on the phone would not discuss the matter saying they would not honour the order as the cost to them was too much. When I asked to speak to her manager or custom service she stated she was the only person I could talk to and there was nothing more to be said. Eventually I spoke to some-one who repeated they were not going to fulfill the order nor compensate me other than to refund monies paid. They ended the call by sarcastically wishing me a nice day. Cheers matey or not in this case....
