So frustrating!
Just can not get through to talk to someone.
No valid email address, live chat is either not available or no one bothers to talk.
Can’t get through on the telephone, left holding on.
I need a refund on an item returned. I had three pairs of curtains in the parcel but have only been refunded for two!
Appalling Customer service! I will never order online again!
This has happened with other stores also and when there is a problem you can never get through to speak to anyone.
