Very rude & grumpy woman on till just now when I was collecting an item from click & collect in the Chichester branch. No please or thank you just abrupt & curt.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered this person hence the reason for writing this review. Politeness & manners goes a long way but obviously not with her.
