Bought a mission storage bed for my daughter, and built it, but found that two of the six largest screws that hold the bed together were not there. Spent weeks phoning up trying to get theses two screws but eventually the third call handler told me it wasn’t possible! Not impressed!
I did not want to take the bed apart and send it back just for two screws!
I received £10 delivery fee back.
All in all the bed is nice but dissatisfied that I can’t get the two screws!
