Normally people are one to jump on the negative reviews but i truly believe that Dunelm Customer service deserves to get a positive review.
Long story short.. bought a beautiful chandelier and there was so much wrong with it however Dunelm were superb in rectifying the situation, reordering it for us and checking to see whether we had received the replacement.
Couldn't be happier with the way they responded to our complaint. So professional and helpful!
Things do go wrong but the way it gets handled speaks volumes.
