I ordered a duvet set and matching curtains on-line which was advertised as pink but which turned out to be a sludgy beige. The website stated free returns via a pick-up point. There are no pick-up points according to assistants in store so I had to travel to store by taxi, which cost me a fortune.

I would never order from Dunelm again and would not recommend to my worst enemy.
