My vacuum cleaner broke so I contacted their WhatsApp customer service.
I told them my issue and they said they couldn't help me without my personal information.
I honestly do not see a single reason why any of my personal information is needed for someone to troubleshoot a household appliance.
Why do they REQUIRE my Name, Email Address, and HOME ADDRESS to troubleshoot a household appliance?
