bought a milk jug and sugar bowl set from this company on eBay. It arrived promptly enough but the glazing on both items was very poor. I would expect glazing imperfections in hand thrown items but not in moulded items such as these. I sent photos to the company asking for replacements or a refund. They said I had to pay the postage to send these items back. They insisted not faulty. But rough glazing is unhygienic so these items are not fit for purpose. They wouldn’t budge.All I can do is recommend that people do not use these sellers
