Been using this for a while and it’s been very good until the last few weeks. I make sure I follow all the donation rules to each and every shop I buy from. Empty the basket and clear cookies before shopping. Click through the easy fundraising app to the retailer. Do not use vouchers etc. Still have loads of missing donations. I have sent off loads of missing donation requests and it’s such a long slow drawn out process. Got a reply back about one missing donation and it said it may take up to 70 odd days to sort out. If it does not improve I will remove the app. Such a shame as it’s great raising money for charity.
