I bought bikes for my Grandsons at a total cost of £455 :00 and provided all evidence but never was paid out . The customer service team keep saying it can take 6 months to pay the charity . Well one bought in Nov 2010 and the other March 2022 will certainly not go through their website again . Charity received nothing . Obviously it is a scam .
