I placed an order on May 25th and received an email stating that it was shipped on May 26th with expected delivery date of May 31. In tracking this order, it shows only the shipping label has been created and it has not shipped. I called your customer service and was told that order was sent to another warehouse, and it should ship today. They would send me a new email as to when it does ship.
This is my first order with your company and I must say I am not satisfied. The customer service rep did not try to find out a "True" status of this order. Will it really ship today, etc.
Their prices are okay, but the biggest saving was in shipping ( a competitor want $60 compared to their $5.
Their web site states, "giving you the support you need". Right, they could even take the time to truly find out the status of my order. I followed up the phone call with an email to their customer support (no answer received yet).
