I ordered some flowers for someone’s retirement gift. I selected a large bouquet and the pictures looked great. I knew they were going to come in bud still. What came was simply a disgrace. No thought, pride or quality in the product. The flowers weren’t in water and just boxes, which is fine, but came already drooping. The paper wrapping them was ripped and looked like cheap supermarket wrapping paper. I have honestly seen bigger and better quality flowers in a garage forecourt. The worst part, I emailed with a photo and complained about the quality requesting a refund and I was fobbed off with care instructions. Every email I’ve received from their CS team does not answer or acknowledge my questions. They appear to be automated emails. An absolute disgrace of a company and I have been conned. I will never purchase anything from them again. I can forgive the poor product but the service was a joke.
