Customer service is really poor, and the delivery times seem to have got longer.
I have been shopping with them for many years and a paid up VIP.
However its noticeably got more expensive and the delivery times longer, and the returns process is poor.
It can take over a week on receipt of your return to receive either a refund or your replacement. They won't send a replacement until they have received and processed the return.
This can take several weeks in which time the item you wanted is out of stock or NLA.
I did contact EMP for comment before posting but received no response.
