Used to be a great company and we have had lots of great clothes from them, customer services used to be great, but over last 6 months or so they take pay ment for orders for things they son't have in stock, take ages to tell you they arent in stock, you od eventually get a refund but takes a while. Most recetn order they are trying to say they gave a dobule refund on a previous order, We can see on our online bank acoount that they didn't. It is still unclear if items we want are in stock and there is no phone number for us to contact them - just a chat function thing, they have really gone downhill, not sure if it is Brexit related supply issues? We are still working ot resolve this but not easy when communicating with chat function and no opportunity to speak to a human.
