I used to plan my tour by myself. However, for Myanmar after some initial research, I decided to use travel agent. Then I contacted some travel agents that are recommended in the Myanmar forum, including Exotic Voyages. The first email reply was from Exotic Voyages - Ms Linh, which is a good sign. I bombarded her with many questions and she responded very quickly. She was very helpful adapting my own plan and happy to make any changes that fit my family requirements. Although package cost was almost the same as other Tour Companies, I chose to go with Exotic Voyages. The trip went like a clockwork, from pickup, transfer to all the tour activities. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel standard in Myanmar, much better than what we thought. Also some booked activities were canceled due to weather and we were refunded for those, which I appreciated. I definitely will work with Exotic Voyages for our next trip to SEA and recommend them to all our family and friends.
