I'm used to using online booking programs, after a couple bad travel experiences followed by poor customer service, my wife and I chose to go with a travel agent on our next trip. After doing some research, we contacted Exotic Voyages for a trip to Sri Lanka. Ms. Linh from Exotic Voyages was great to work with from the start. She was friendly, organized and extremely knowledgeable about our options. More importantly, I had one person I could call if I needed anything and she was accessible! I didn't have to sit through a bunch of automated messages and ended up on hold for 30 min waiting to speak to an actual person. We had an awesome trip, stayed at an amazing places and I'll definitely use this company again.
