About customer service: I was personally contacted by Phuong Ly on my 15 day travel to Myanmar. She was very polite, responsive via email. Visa, payments and other stuff run smoothly and extremely quick. She contacted me again sometimes during my trip to make sure everything went ok. Very satisfied and impressed with Exotic Voyages customer service. About itinerary: Ly was the one who came up with the itinerary for me. She was very attentive to my desire, giving me a few options to choose from. I think that thanks to personal discussion, Ly helped me build most suitable schedule for my trip. About actual tour: all 3 of our guides were pretty good, punctual, fluent in English, knowledgeable about the spots, patient, kind, sincere. Accommodations and transportation were convenient and luxurious. There were some transfers in hotels in different location but I didn’t feel annoyed because of the very good service. Overall, the trip was great at its expense.
