I found my rep Vy to be very prompt, accommodating and super helpful with answering all of my questions in tailoring our trip, excursion choices and length of days as we wished. We spent time in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket, and a last stop in Singapore. We had exemplary service from guides, tours, airport pickups and drop-offs without having to worry about anything. We even added a last minute excursion in Phuket that Vy was also able to arrange. Would I use the exotic voyages team again? Absolutely! I've already referred them to someone else since our return back to TX. The price comparison was actually also cheaper than my travel agency person that I ordinarily use.
