Superb customer service!! Last year my wife and I planned an anniversary trip to Vietnam through Exotic Voyages and their travel designer Hoa Tran. The entire planning was easy and she mapped out for us a wonderful and relaxing and invigorating journey from the top to the bottom of this beautiful country. Our trip included all of the major sightseeing places,plus customized culinary experiences and contact with the locals. As our travel date approached, we were nervous about the coronavirus, but on he day of our departure, there had been no new cases in Vietnam for almost a month, and all previous patients had recovered. While we were in transit,however, a Vietnamese woman was returning from Northern Italy and London, bringing the virus with her. This,of course, changed everything. As the disease spread through the country, lots of things were shut down,and restrictions applied. Hoa never stopped working to assure us a pleasant and safe trip,and organized alternatives to adapt the changing circumstances. What could have been a disaster instead remained a reasonably pleasant (although worrisome) journey.
