They lost my package and i was contacting them for 2 weeks straight to figure out what is going on. Finally they decided to refund me but guess what? They only refunded me for the product but not shipping???? Are you kidding me?
Refund me the whole amount that i paid for my order INCLUDING shipping. Why do I as a customer have to pay for mistakes of YOUR couriers? Is that how you make money? Lose packages and then profit off shipping?
Terrible company. Do not order from them and stay away by all means
