I ordered a dewalt paddle mixer which arrived damaged. When speaking with customer service my questions were ignored multiple times and when I wanted a refund they sent a new one to my house without me even agreeing as I wanted a refund. Probably the worst customer service I’ve experience and wouldn’t buy tools from them again
