I've used FFX quite a number of times over the years and their sales/delivery's are excellent and their after sales support is fantastic. I bought a bahco rachet socket set from them and the ratchet stopped reversing after very light use after about 9 months. Ffx sent a replacement out next day, no messing about. This is not the only instance of great after sales support, highly recommended.
