This Company advertises a next day delivery if you order within X hours (By 8pm weekdays). The last 3 occasions I have placed an order, my delivery has been late by at LEAST 3 days. I’m not an impatient person but sometimes online is the only place you can get items. And when I need it at short notice next day delivery is important. When I spoke to their customer service team they couldn’t end the chat quick enough. They just blame high volumes. If you can’t fulfil the delivery times, don’t advertise it. Conclusion: don’t be reeled in by their false advertisement of delivery times. It’s highly unlikely to happen. Massively do not recommend. Awful customer service.
